First the snow, now the wind. Northwest winds are pushing in behind a storm system that brought several inches of snow to the state. These winds are causing blizzard and near blizzard conditions as the visibilities are being reduced to ¼ or less. Travel is not advised tonight as blowing and drifting of snow will continue. Temperatures will also plummet and wind chills will fall into the -20° to -30° degree range overnight. For the latest warnings, advisories and watches head to our winter weather page.
